In July-September 2024, Society Biliki successfully implemented the “Organizational Development Initiative” with support from the European Foundation.
The initiative aimed to strengthen our organization by improving the capacity of our board members, fundraising efforts, human and financial resource management, communication strategies, and program management systems.
As part of this initiative, we held a training session for our board members and program managers to enhance their skills in budget creation and expense management, led by financial expert Davit Tivishvili.
Additionally, we increased our team’s understanding of gender issues through the “Gender Mainstreaming” training led by expert Mamuka Gachechiladze.
