Biliki runs programs in the following four areas:
Society Biliki creates a family environment for children under state care who do not have the opportunity to live in alternative care (return to /live in biological family, fostering, adoption). We also create alternative services for those children without care, whose families are unable to take care and supervise the child during the day.
- Strengthening the sustainability and resilience of the program
- Satisfy the needs of the beneficiaries, by improving the quality of services/ offering new types of services.
- 0-7 Early Intervention for children with developmental delays.
- Rehabilitation-Habilitation of children and adults under 0-18 years.
We enhance local community opportunities for the welfare of community members; We support young people to become more actively involved in the development of the local ecosystem, to acquire knowledge and develop skills in accordance with the requirements of the labor market; We empower civil society to be independent, sustainable, transparent and accountable.

We raise civic awareness among youth and adults and help them to be active citizens by providing civic education to teachers and students, through Civic Clubs.

We support the development of the culture of volunteering among Georgian and foreign youth. By offering internship and training practice programs, we care about the professional development of youth and the development of practical skills necessary for work.
