Do you know, which food is safe and which not?

Probably food, which does not poison you? Right?

Yes and no.

The fact that you are not poisoned with food at once, does not mean that the food you consume is safe.

Doctors recommend to consume as less fat, salt and sugar, as possible. Although these are natural food ingredients, but their high consumption contributes to obesity and development of various acute diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases and other.

You can considerably decrease your health risks by paing more attention to your consumption habits, cooking practices and selection of food at the markets, including looking at the ingredient lists on product labels.

Food directly influences your health and health of your close ones. Each minute you invest in healthy diet, is an investment to your well-being and well-being of your loved ones.
