Society Biliki — New Knowledge and Experience for Organizational Development

CSA_1

From 27 to 30 October 2026, a representative of Society Biliki participated in a four-day international online training programmed, “Fundraising Strategies for NGOs,” organized by Civil Society Academy International.

The training brought together civil society representatives from different countries, providing a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences, acquire new knowledge, and build professional connections.

The programme covered modern fundraising approaches, diversification of funding sources, donor identification and assessment, development of long-term donor relationships, organisational sustainability, and strategic resource mobilisation planning.

Particularly valuable were the practical exercises focusing on communicating organisational values and mission through the WHY–HOW–WHAT framework, analysing potential donors, and developing a resource mobilisation plan using the Resource Mobilisation Canvas.

The knowledge and skills gained will support Society Biliki in identifying new funding opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing its long-term organisational sustainability.

A follow-up meeting is planned three months after the training, providing participants with an opportunity to share their experiences in applying the knowledge gained, discuss progress, and reflect on challenges encountered.

We sincerely thank Civil Society Academy International for delivering an engaging, practice-oriented training programme and creating an opportunity for international knowledge exchange.

We believe that strengthening organisational capacities contributes directly to our mission — empowering individuals, developing their abilities, supporting independent living, and building stronger local communities.
