On January 22, 2025, at the initiative of Society Biliki within the framework of the project “Support to the Food Safety and SPS sector in Georgia under ENPARD IV”, a training on 5 key principles for safe food held at Gori #8 Public School.
During the meeting, students received information about what food is, what path food takes from Farm to Fork and what is 5 key principles for safe food.
Keep Clean;
Separate raw and prepared foods;
During preparation, the products must undergo proper heat treatment;
Follow a safe temperature regime during food storage;
Use safe water and food raw materials.
The training was actively conducted, with the full involvement of the participants. At the end of the meeting, students prepared posters regarding the 5 Key Principles.

The activity is carried out by Caritas Czech Republic in cooperation with Society Biliki , on behalf of the Czech Development Agency, in the framework of the European Union-funded project “Support to the Food Safety and SPS sector in Georgia under ENPARD IV”. The project is co-financed by the Embassy of Sweden in Tbilisi, the Czech Development Agency (CzDA), and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The project is implemented by the FAO and the CzDA.
